salmon are an important source of healthful Omega-3 fatty
acids. To communicate the many benefits of Omega-3’s,
and to show how easy it is to add Alaska salmon to everyday
meals, we developed two mailings to selected groups of
Registered Dietitians. The mailings included white papers
on Omega-3’s, written by a scientist, a newsletter
for dietitians and a recipe leaflet for dietitians to give
to their clients.
The result - the initial mailing to 12,000 dietitians brought
an amazing 5% return of a bounce back card for more information.
